Members of Bitter Magnolia got together for a day of recording at Zippah Studios in Brighton, MA on 7.21.19 . It was a bittersweet day. Our band was evolving, personnel-wise; so it was a 'last hurrah' of sorts. Kramer Gibson heading to China and Frank Bond moving to other musical endeavors. We were lucky to include a fabulous musician, Matt Wright who played Bass and sang on some of the tracks. We all wanted to record a 'live' album; ie no overdubs and Brian Charles (engineer at Zippah) said hah hah but then was persuaded to say "ok ! " .
Dave says, "in appreciation to staff and industry partners of VB, great wine and great music walk hand in hand. This is all in motion because of you; I am eternally thankful."
